Second Prize: "Unemployed", author: Pearl Santangelo of San Miguel
That's right, wins the first prize (in fact there is no prize sewer rats) of the biennial of art with this chistazo of Mesozoic Era. Do not know if there is an exhibition or in this but I dedicate it to my mom who is watching me from home
